3. Number Reservation and Purchase

When a customer purchases a number through our website, the payment generally covers the reservation, activation assistance, or allocation of the selected number.

The purchase price typically does not include telecom usage charges such as:

  • call charges
  • SMS charges
  • data usage charges
  • telecom operator recharge plans

     

Such usage costs are determined by the telecom operator.

4. Delivery of Services
  • Physical SIM Cards

    Physical SIM cards may require shipping or delivery depending on the customer’s location and the availability of the product.

    Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and logistics conditions.

  • eSIM

    eSIM profiles are delivered digitally through QR codes or activation instructions after successful payment.

  • Virtual / Private Numbers

    Virtual numbers may be assigned instantly or made available to the customer through account access or instructions provided after purchase.

5. Activation Requirements

Customers are responsible for completing any required activation process.

6. Mandatory Recharge Policy

If the required recharge is not completed within the specified timeframe, the telecom operator may:

  • suspend the number
  • permanently close the number
  • reassign the number to another customer


Once a number is closed or reallocated by the telecom operator, recovery or reactivation cannot be guaranteed.

We are not responsible for numbers that are closed due to failure to comply with recharge requirements or telecom operator policies.

8. Acceptable Use

Customers agree not to use the service for any illegal or prohibited activities.

Prohibited uses include but are not limited to:

  • fraud or identity misuse
  • spam or unsolicited messaging
  • harassment or abusive communication
  • activities that violate telecom regulations
  • illegal or unauthorized activities

     

Accounts found violating these rules may be suspended or terminated without notice.

9. Compatibility and Service Limitations

Service availability, call quality, SMS delivery, and network performance depend on telecom operator infrastructure.

Some services may not function on all devices or networks.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their device supports:
