3. Number Allocation and Purchase

When a customer purchases a Travel Number or SIM:

  • The payment covers number allocation, setup, or activation assistance
  • It does NOT include telecom usage charges such as:
    • Call charges
    • SMS charges
    • Data usage
    • Recharge plans

These charges are controlled by the telecom operator.

4. Delivery of Services

Physical SIM Cards

  • Delivered via shipping depending on location
  • Delivery timelines vary based on region and logistics

eSIM

  • Delivered digitally via QR code or activation instructions
  • Usually instant or within a short time after payment

Travel Numbers

    • Activated and provided digitally
    • May be accessible via dashboard or instructions
5. Activation Requirements

Some services may require:

  • Identity verification (KYC)
  • Registration as per telecom laws
  • Device compatibility setup

Customers are responsible for completing all activation steps.

Failure to complete requirements may result in service not working.

6. Recharge & Validity Policy

Travel Numbers and SIM services require active recharge to remain functional.

  • Users must recharge as per operator guidelines
  • In most cases, inactivity beyond a certain period (e.g., 90 days) may lead to suspension
  • Recharge plans and validity are controlled by telecom providers
7. Deactivation and Number Loss

If recharge or compliance is not maintained:

  • The number may be suspended
  • Permanently deactivated
  • Reassigned to another user

Once deactivated, recovery is not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for loss due to telecom policies or inactivity.

8. Acceptable Use Policy

Users agree NOT to use Travel Number services for:

  • Fraud or identity misuse
  • Spam or bulk messaging abuse
  • Illegal activities
  • Harassment or unethical communication
  • Violation of telecom regulations

Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination.

9. Compatibility & Service Limitations
